Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Larkfield Health Studio collects through health.tasdak.com and in the studio, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have.

Larkfield Health Studio (“Larkfield”, “we”, “us”), owned and operated by Raul Murray at 1797 Hoffman Avenue, New York, NY 10016, is the controller of personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing coaching services.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, telephone number, and anything you choose to write in an enquiry form or email.
- Client records. If you become a client: intake questionnaire answers, goals, measurements, session notes and payment records.
- Technical information. IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited. Collected only where you have accepted analytics cookies, except for security logs kept by our hosting provider.
2. Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and schedule appointments.
- To deliver, document and adapt coaching services you have requested.
- To take payment and keep the accounting records required by law.
- To keep the website secure and to understand which pages are useful.
- To send appointment reminders, and newsletters only if you have asked for them.
3. Legal bases
We process personal information because it is necessary to provide a service you requested, because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our business, because you have given consent (for optional cookies and marketing email), or because a legal obligation requires it.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share limited information with service providers who work on our behalf: our website host, our email provider, our payment processor and our accountant. Each is bound by contract to use the information only for the service they provide to us. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of people.
5. Health information
Larkfield is not a covered entity under HIPAA and does not bill insurance. Nevertheless we treat health-related information you give us as confidential, store it with restricted access and disclose it to no one without your written instruction.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for seven years after the last session, in line with New York record-keeping and tax practice, and then destroyed. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for twenty-six months.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. New York State and, where applicable, other privacy laws give residents additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Write to service@health.tasdak.com and we will respond within thirty days. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
8. Security
Records are held in access-controlled systems, paper intake forms are stored in a locked cabinet at the studio, and access is limited to the four members of staff who need it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please do not send sensitive medical details by unencrypted email.
9. Children
Our services are for adults aged eighteen and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Cookies
Cookies are described separately in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control in the site footer banner.
11. Third-party links
This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their policies.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page and, for material changes, place a notice on the home page for thirty days.
