Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear rules, applied the same way for everyone.

1. Single sessions
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to twenty-four hours before the session. Within twenty-four hours, fifty percent of the fee is charged. Every client receives one waived late cancellation per calendar year, and cancellations due to illness are never charged.
2. Multi-session programs
The Ninety-Day Reset and the sleep program may be cancelled within seven days of purchase for a full refund if no session has taken place. After the program starts, unused sessions are refunded at the pay-as-you-go rate less any completed sessions and the assessment fee.
3. Pauses
Programs may be paused for up to fourteen calendar days at no cost with forty-eight hours' notice. Longer pauses for medical reasons are granted on request with no penalty.
4. Monthly maintenance plans
Cancel any month with seven days' notice before the renewal date. We do not charge exit fees and we do not pro-rate part months already begun.
5. Workshops
Corporate workshops cancelled more than fourteen days before the date are refunded in full; inside fourteen days, the deposit is retained to cover reserved coach time.
6. How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days of approval. To request one, email service@health.tasdak.com with your name and session date.
7. If you are unhappy
Tell us. If a session did not meet a reasonable standard, contact Raul Murray directly within seven days and we will either repeat it at no charge or refund it.
